Manalapan, NJ
A Manalapan Financial Advisor Who Minds the Details
We help clients grow, protect and pass on their wealth through financial planning, investment management, retirement planning and legacy planning. Families and business owners from Manalapan, Marlboro and Freehold meet with us at our office or by phone and video, and leave with a plan they understand.
- Office, phone or video
- Plain talk about fees
- A written plan you keep
- No pressure to commit

What Shapes the Cost of Working With Us
Advice is priced by the scope of the work, not by a sales target. A single retirement projection asks far less of us than ongoing management of several accounts plus a business succession question. We explain exactly how we are paid during the introductory meeting, before you decide anything.
After we learn your situation, we describe the services that fit and how we would be compensated, in plain language. You decide with the full picture in front of you.
- Number and type of accounts
- Brokerage accounts, IRAs, 401(k)s, trusts and business retirement plans each need their own attention. More accounts mean more coordination.
- One-time plan or ongoing care
- Some clients want a single financial plan to carry out on their own. Others want us managing the portfolio and meeting through the year. The two are priced differently.
- Business ownership
- Owners often need help with retirement plan design, cash flow and an eventual exit. That adds depth to the work.
- Estate and legacy complexity
- Blended families, trusts and charitable goals take more planning time. In New Jersey, the inheritance tax can apply to some heirs depending on their relationship to you, which is worth planning around.
- Coordination with your other advisors
- When we work alongside your CPA or estate attorney, that collaboration is part of the scope.
Services for Every Stage of Your Wealth
Our work covers wealth management, financial advising, financial planning and investment management, along with retirement planning, legacy planning, tax management and life insurance consulting. Most clients start with one question and find the pieces are connected. A retirement date affects your portfolio, your portfolio affects your taxes, and your taxes affect what your family eventually receives. We look at those links before we recommend anything.

Wealth Management
One coordinated plan for your investments, taxes, retirement income and legacy, kept current through regular reviews and careful attention to small decisions.
Financial Advising
One-on-one advice on the money decisions you face now, with close attention to the account details that quietly shape how things turn out.
Financial Planning
A written financial plan that connects your cash flow, savings, insurance and goals, with the small details checked so the plan holds up for years.
Investment Management
Ongoing management of your portfolio, with diversification, rebalancing, cost control and tax-aware trading handled carefully and explained plainly.
Retirement Planning
A retirement income plan that settles which accounts to draw from, when to claim Social Security and how to keep taxes steady for decades.
Legacy Planning
We review beneficiary forms, account titles and gifting so the wealth you built passes to the people and causes you choose, with fewer gaps.
Tax Management
We manage the tax side of your investments, from which shares to sell to which account to draw from, and share every move with your CPA.
Life Insurance Consulting
An independent look at the policies you own or are considering, with attention to the clauses, designations and riders that decide whether coverage works when it counts.

About Financial Advisor Manalapan
We are a local advisory practice for individuals, couples, families, business owners and retirees in Monmouth County and the surrounding area. Our clients come to us at different points: a first serious paycheck, a growing business, a retirement date on the calendar, a parent's estate to settle.
What they share is a wish to have their money looked after carefully. We spend the time to understand each account, each policy and each goal before we offer an opinion. That patience shows later, when a rollover is handled correctly or a beneficiary form is already up to date when it matters most.
We meet clients at our office in Manalapan or by phone and video, and we keep our explanations plain. You should always know what you own, why you own it and what it costs.

Why Clients Choose to Work With Us
A financial plan usually goes wrong in the small places nobody checked. Our habit is to check them.
- 01
Beneficiaries and titles reviewed
An outdated beneficiary form can send an account to the wrong person, no matter what a will says. We review every designation and how each account is titled as part of the first plan, not as an afterthought.
- 02
Recommendations explained in writing
You get a written summary of what we suggest, why, and what it costs you. If something is not worth changing, we say so and leave it alone.
- 03
One plan, not separate products
Investments, retirement income, insurance and estate wishes are considered together. That keeps one decision from quietly undoing another.
- 04
Reviews on a steady schedule
Markets move, children grow up, businesses get sold. We meet with you regularly to rebalance, update goals and catch changes before they become problems.
- 05
Meetings that fit your week
Sit down with us at our office or meet by phone or video. The work is the same either way.

Questions Clients Ask Before Getting Started
What happens in the introductory meeting?
We talk about your goals, your current accounts and what prompted you to reach out. We explain how we work and how we are paid. There is no obligation to continue, and we will tell you honestly if another approach suits you better.
How are you paid?
Compensation depends on the services you choose, such as a one-time plan or ongoing portfolio management. We explain it in plain terms during the introductory meeting and in writing before you commit. You will never have to guess what our advice costs you.
Do I need a certain amount saved to work with you?
The best way to find out is a short conversation. Some clients come to us with large portfolios, others with a business, a pension decision or a simple wish to get organized. We will tell you plainly whether we can help.
Can you work with accounts I already have?
Yes. We review existing brokerage accounts, IRAs, workplace plans and insurance policies before suggesting changes. Sometimes the right advice is to keep what you have and adjust a few details, such as beneficiaries or allocation.
Do you coordinate with my CPA and estate attorney?
We do, with your permission. Our tax management and legacy planning work is strongest when your accountant and attorney see the same picture. We do not prepare tax returns or draft legal documents, but we make sure your plan and theirs line up.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. Many clients prefer meeting in person, and others choose phone or video. The planning, the documents and the reviews are the same either way.
How often will we review my plan?
We set a review schedule together, usually at least once a year, with extra conversations when something changes, like a new job, a sale of a business or a birth in the family. You can reach us by phone between reviews whenever a question comes up.
How Our Work Together Unfolds
Good planning is built in layers. Each step gives the next one something solid to rest on.
- 1
Introductory meeting
You reach us by phone and we set a time to talk. We listen to your goals, your concerns and where things stand today. You will know by the end whether we are a good fit.
- 2
Gathering the details
We collect statements, plan documents, insurance policies and beneficiary forms. This is where the overlooked items usually surface: an old 401(k), a policy with the wrong owner, cash sitting idle.
- 3
Your written plan
We present clear recommendations, show the reasoning, and walk through the tradeoffs. Nothing moves until you agree.
- 4
Putting it in place
We handle account paperwork, transfers and portfolio setup, and coordinate with your tax preparer or attorney where needed.
- 5
Ongoing reviews
We meet on a regular schedule to rebalance, revisit goals and adjust for life changes, so the plan stays accurate year after year.

Start With a Conversation
